Dreaming about a remodel or face lift that seems out of budget? Looking for ways to create your dream house without breaking the bank?
This Trim and Molding class will teach you how to cut miters and bevels for baseboard and quarter round; and how to create your own trim pieces with a router. You will also learn the ins and outs of cutting and coping crown molding. In practicing these skills, students will take home a custom picture frame. Students should know the basics of measurement, how to use a compound miter saw, and have proficiency with a protractor and angle measurements.
Students should bring their own Angle Finder if they have one.
Note: All prerequisite skills will be taught in the Intro to Woodshop classes, which are free.
