Clay Creations 101/102: bird Houses

This month in Clay Creations we will be welcoming all the spring birds by making hand built bird Houses.  This class will use the slab technique to form  a beautiful one of a kind home for your feathered friends.   You can then embellish the house any way you want.  As a bonus to this class, you will also be making a macrame hanger for your bird house.  Make beautiful hand built yard art that will last for generations. The birds will love you for it!! 

This is a class designed for all skill levels,  all ages are welcome but children must be accompanied by their guardian.    Various tools and textures will be used to make the pottery as elaborate and unique as the imagination will allow.  The class will be held on four consecutive Tuesdays from 1pm till 2:30pm;  and also in the evening from 6pm till 7:30pm.  Choose the class that fits your schedule best.

  The cost is $35 for non SHAK members and $30 for members.  All materials will be provided.  Go to the SHAK Events calendar to register.
